The business boasts a modern facility in the southern suburbs of Brisbane, and further operations in Victoria, Western Australia, and New Zealand. This role will offer a wide array of development opportunities provided through their strong internal structure and career development on site. The Position : Reporting to the Director of Commercial Insights, you will be responsible for driving strategic thinking with strong category management expertise in the FMCG fresh sector. This includes managing multiple priorities, presenting to diverse audiences, leading workshops, and delivering results with a focus on business foresight. A passion for the industry and the ability to develop consumer-focused strategies are essential. This position requires 3 days in office and is based in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. Parking is available on site. Key Responsibilities Strategic Development & Leadership Drive the development and alignment of 3-5 year business strategies in consultation with Senior Leadership. Lead business transformation initiatives by formulating strategic recommendations and business cases. Identify market trends and insights to adapt strategic plans proactively. Build strong global relationships to translate corporate goals into localized actionable strategies. Advocate for a consumer-led approach through compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Data-Driven Insights & Analysis Conduct annual category reviews, recommending consumer-led strategies for growth. Provide data-driven insights to support product development and growth plans, including analysis of sales, market share, and consumer trends. Deliver quarterly insights and workshops by category to customer teams, including actionable recommendations. Required Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in category planning or insight management within the FMCG fresh sector. Skilled in utilizing tools such as Quantium, Aztec, Nielsen, Shopper, and Tracker for data insights. Strong communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences. Expertise in stakeholder relationship management and influencing key business decisions. High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to lead strategic plans in matrixed environments. Analytical, forward thinker with the ability to identify and solve business challenges.
