Commercial Dealer Manager

to grow and expand our dealer network. The position will be responsible for increasing coverage, driving revenue and profitability in new markets. This role is pivotal for enhancing our overall market presence and achieving sales targets through effective dealer management and strategic partnerships. The role involves a strategic combination of sales leadership and partnership management to maximize company growth and dealer performance. Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with commercial dealers to ensure alignment with company sales strategies and performance goals. Design and implement business strategies to increase product penetration and sales volumes across dealer networks. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with dealers on marketing initiatives, including promotional events, campaigns, and training programs to boost brand visibility and sales. Monitor and analyze dealer performance against sales targets and operational standards; provide support and strategies to improve underperforming areas. Coordinate with other departments, such as Marketing, Finance, and Product Development, to ensure dealer needs are met and that they are equipped with the necessary tools and information. Lead negotiations on contracts and dealer agreements, ensuring compliance and favorable terms for the company. Provide regular reports to the General Manager on dealer performance, market trends, and sales forecasts. Facilitate ongoing training and development programs for dealers to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service. Educate and facilitate sales to key vertical market segments as needed. Assist in closing deals when necessary. Management:

Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling. Supervisory:

Responsible for staffing, terminations, disciplinary actions, training, and developing subordinates. Responsible for completing adequate performance documentation on time. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of timecards and approving them on time. Marginal Job Functions:

Other projects as needed. Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required. Experience:

Proven experience in dealer management or sales management, preferably in the fitness industry. Knowledge of vertical market fitness segment. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license for regular domestic travel. Benefits:
