At CCEP we have some of the biggest global brands in soft drinks and we continue to bring innovation to the market offering choice and value to shoppers and our customers. Cold drinks equipment is a key strategic part of CCEPs growth and development plans, to enable volume, profit and market share growth. Working within the Commercial Development function you will join the Commercial Equipment Strategy team who are responsible for making profitable choices on where we site our refrigerators, postmix machines, vending machines and Coca-Cola Freestyle machines to generate a clear return on our investment as well as pinpointing future innovation requirements for the GB market. A key business growth role responsible for the delivery of the annual equipment net placement targets to drive volume, profit and market share. This requires strategic planning and prioritisation and the ability to make decisions on where to invest to generate the best return. About Your Role You will join part of a global community and be required to develop a deep understanding of equipment requirements across different GB customers and environments, identifying the future innovation needs for our market to drive sales and deliver against our long range plans. You will be responsible for the delivery of the net placement numbers of our equipment ABP managing any risks to the forwards forecast. You will lead the periodic forecast routines, working closely with the CCEP sales teams to ensure accuracy. You will lead the delivery of the monthly commercial equipment reporting suite for the Commercial Leadership teams. This tracks our placement performance vs the budget and capital spend. You will be required to collaborate closely with our sales teams and the Cold Drinks Operations team during new business opportunities. You will identify new growth opportunities in the market place making recommendations for new equipment innovation as required. LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU! We are seeking a dynamic, curious, proactive and analytical person with a passion for growth & an interest in the needs of the shopper of the future. In this role, you will work closely with the other members of the equipment strategy team, our internal sales teams, and the Cold Drinks Operations team who are responsible for the deployment and maintenance of all of CCEP’s equipment. A keen eye for detail and the ability to provide clear insights from data will be a key strength of yours. This is critical so we can quickly understand our current performance and plan the future forecast to ensure the annual plan is delivered. You will have experience of working within processes and delivering results through other people and teams. To be successful, you will ideally have: Previous FMCG commercial experience working in a sales, marketing or commercial development role Understanding of basic commercial financials (ROI / P&L) Previous experience of managing a wide and varied group of internal stakeholders Understanding the GB retail market place and macro trends around shoppers future Strong communication skills Comfortable managing processes WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
