Oversee preparation and process of subcontract orders, drafting changes when required. Contractual Matters:
Review contract documents and oversee EOT and L&E calculations. Bonds and Guarantees:
Manage processes and risks involved in issuing Parent Company Guarantees, Performance Bonds, and Warranties. Subcontract Payment Process:
