About the role This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in optimising commercial decision-making while ensuring responsible conduct as we

scale our UK Cards portfolio beyond 1 million customers

and towards

£1 billion in assets . You’ll work closely with teams across Lendable; including growth, product, credit, and technology, to drive impactful changes and deliver results. As a

key partner to the UK Cards Managing Director , you’ll act as the deputy, contributing strategically to the portfolio's growth and success. This is also an

FCA-certified

role, offering a unique chance to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while shaping the future of our UK Cards business. What you'll be doing Further develop

and

maintain

credit and enhanced economic modelling tools to enhance the decisions taken around product offers, pricing, credit limit assignment and margin setting.

Drive growth

in the portfolio through

optimisation

of customer product offerings to enhance Lendable’s competitive position whilst maintaining performance within target return levels and risk appetite.

Identify

and evaluate opportunities to expand for example through new products, features or partnerships.

Ownership

and

development

of the

UK Cards P&L forecasting approach.

Identify

and

implement

strategies to reduce the business cost base, providing Lendable a cost advantage over our peers in the market.

As required,

own third-party relationships , ensuring the relationship provides value to Lendable both in terms of costs and quality of service.

Act as a deputy

to the UK Cards Managing Director as required.

Your experience Experienced in

retail banking

and/or consumer finance with a minimum of

8 years of experience working on credit card portfolios ideally gained within the non-prime space.

Experience working in a

regulated environment . Ownership of

budgets

and P&L.
