An opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre Commercial Director from a Waste Management background to join this business to drive growth. The Commercial Director will play a pivotal role as part of the senior leadership function, responsible for revenue generation and margin strategy and execution, ensuring application of commercial best practice. This is a national role with direct management responsibility for sales teams and commercial teams, both regionally and nationally. Requirements
To be successful in this role you will ideally be currently operating in a similar environment. You are a career achiever at the highest levels, with a minimum of 5 years leading a sales or commercial function in waste management. General waste experience is an advantage but is not a pre-requisite. It is crucial that you can point to a background in commercial leadership with several years' experience, together with impressive professional credentials.
