About the Role As a Commercial Director, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans, oversee commercial management, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in multi-disciplinary contracting environments and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute strategic business plans. Lead the recruitment, training, and deployment of commercial teams. Maximize financial returns on projects and manage budgets effectively. Identify and mitigate commercial risks while developing innovative solutions. Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions pre- and post-award. Provide guidance on commercial processes to support estimating and bidding. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners. Promote continuous improvement in commercial practices across the business.

Candidate Profile We are looking for someone with:

Proven experience in a senior commercial role (Commercial Director, Senior Commercial Manager, or Regional Commercial Manager). Strong knowledge of NEC contract forms and multi-disciplinary contracting projects. Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (Degree level preferred). Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to drive data-driven decision-making. Experience building and managing high-performing teams.
