They are looking for a dedicated and proactive commercial dispute resolution solicitor to join their team in Preston.

Depending on seniority, there will be an opportunity to work from home for 2-3 days.

In this role, you will be part of a thriving commercial litigation team, handling a caseload focused on corporate disputes, director/partnership disputes, contractual disputes and more. You'll have the exciting prospect of being involved in business development activities, lecturing, and mentoring more junior team members.

Ideally, you will have 2-7 years PQE and will have a knack for managing your own workload effectively. Your excellent client communication skills, complemented by your friendly nature, will naturally position you as an essential part of the team.
