Job Title: Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of commercial dispute resolution matters, including contract disputes, professional negligence claims, and shareholder disputes. Conducting legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, and providing accurate and timely advice to clients. Representing clients in mediation, negotiation, and court proceedings, ensuring their interests are protected throughout the dispute resolution process. Collaborating with other members of the team to develop innovative and strategic approaches to dispute resolution.Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial dispute resolution. Strong knowledge of UK commercial law, civil procedure rules, and relevant case precedents. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and commercially focused advice. Proven track record of successfully handling complex commercial dispute resolution cases. Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and opposing parties. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Experience in alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and arbitration. Specialisation in specific industry sectors, such as construction disputes or intellectual property disputes. Experience in international commercial litigation.Benefits & Perks:
