Position: Commercial Electrical Maintenance Manager

From £50,000 to £60,000 plus package Duration:
Permanent We are looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Maintenance Manager to join a well-established building services company. This position will be running a team of engineers, supervisors, and contract managers all in relation to electrical building services maintenance. The right person for this position will have been an electrical qualified engineer who has worked their way up into senior management positions within building services. They need to be very client focused with experience in managing multi-million pounds worth of maintenance contracts on a national basis. We would prefer this person to be based within a commutable distance to Cambridge; however, the position can be hybrid, so we will look further afield. Requirements
Strong technical background in commercial electrical maintenance Must be a qualified electrical engineer Full UK driving licence Based in a commutable distance to Cambridge is preferred but not essential Must have experience in running commercial electrical teams Able to produce technical quotations Business development experience Ability to adjust design Happy to travel across the country when needed Package
