Job Description
Manage and oversee the organisation's commercial property portfolio, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and renewals.
Conduct property valuations and appraisals to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to maximise income, reduce costs, and optimise asset performance.
Negotiate with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to secure favourable agreements and maintain positive relationships.
Provide professional advice on property matters to support the organisation's goals and objectives.
Ensure the portfolio aligns with sustainability targets and supports economic development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
Holds professional qualifications as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent) with relevant commercial property experience.
Possesses strong knowledge of property legislation, valuation, lease management, and asset optimisation strategies.
Demonstrates excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Has a proven track record of delivering income growth, cost efficiencies, and strategic property outcomes.
Shows a proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving organisational goals and sustainability objectives.
