The Company This is an established FMCG group that is enjoying a period of accelerated growth. This flourishing, entrepreneurial company needs to add a talented and ambitious Commercial Finance Analyst to its growing finance team.
The Role Working closely with the Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing the business with the strategic information needed to make effective commercial decisions that help drive its continued profitability and growth. As a key member of the finance team, you will gain exposure to compiling and constructing important financial reports, and translating them into meaningful and valuable commercial information. You will assist in KPI reporting, financial modelling & analysis, and management accounts analysis, as well as commentary and analysis of financial statements and statutory accounts.
The Person You will ideally be newly qualified CIMA/ACCA or ACA qualified or nearing completion of your exams, with a previous background in a management accounts role with a commercial focus. Your analytical skills will be a particular strength, as will your communication and relationship-building skills, which are crucial in this forward-facing high-profile role. You will be able to deliver quality work under pressure and be looking for an opportunity to develop your commercial accounting experience in a thriving business environment.
