My client is currently looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their team based in Bury. This permanent full-time role is working for a large PLC business that annually goes from strength to strength; therefore, there are fantastic career progression opportunities available within this role. Ideally, they are looking for a candidate with a strong academic background who has proven consistency. Key responsibilities within this role would be as follows: Supporting the Commercial Finance Manager, and working across all group fascias. Preparation of new store appraisals including income statement performance and return on investment measures. Post-opening assessment of performance & variance analysis. Preparation of financial appraisals prior to major refurbishment works. Provide store performance data & analytics to assist in strategic property decision making. Ad hoc analysis & reporting. What we are looking for? Degree in maths/accounting/economics (2:1 or above) Enthusiasm and innovation Strong Microsoft Excel experience - In particular 'Look Ups' / 'Sum Ifs'.
