Commercial Finance Analyst, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire (Hybrid working) £45,000 - £55,000 Plus Benefits - Bonus, Medical & Pension
Our client, a globally recognized brand, is looking to add a talented and highly driven Commercial Finance Analyst on a permanent basis. This role focuses on a new venture our client is launching.
You will report directly to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager and play a key role in developing and expanding a new arm of the business. You will have the opportunity to develop worldwide best practices for business partnering and support by working alongside stakeholders.
Key Duties:
Act as a key business partner with the marketing team, focusing on pricing and promotional strategies. Lead decision support in various areas, including marketing spend return on investments and market trends. Prepare detailed business performance reports for senior management, providing insights into the drivers of business performance. Regularly review and create analytical assessments of the online arm of the business, including results against forecasts/plans. Provide commercially sound financial analysis for ad hoc projects, including cost effectiveness, commercial viability, operational capability, and financial audits/controls.
The successful candidate will be a strategic business finance professional with excellent communication skills and solid examples of business partnering. Strong analytical skills are essential. Candidates should be of graduate calibre with strong academics and newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or finalist).
