Job Description The Commercial Finance Analyst role is initially a 12-month contract and will be hybrid working - 2 days in Handforth office/3 remote.

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, key responsibilities will include: Preparing and interpreting weekly trading sales, margin, and KPI reports and identifying key performance drivers and action plans. Developing and maintaining commercial models, and providing insights on performance and trends. Building and maintaining close working relationships with key stakeholders, including Buyers and Merchandisers. Collaborating with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely period-end sales and margin reporting. Contributing to monthly reporting and analysis, including Commercial Business Review and Board Packs. Conducting deep-dive analysis on new ranges or initiatives and developing action plans for underperforming areas. Supporting budget, forecast, risk, and opportunity preparation. Assisting with audit queries related to sales, margin, and stock. The Successful Applicant In order to apply for the role, you should: Be ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified or Qualified by experience. Have previous experience in Commercial Analysis/Business partnering. Strong Excel skills (including Sumifs, pivot tables, and graphs). Be able to consider a 12-month contract initially. Be able to commute 2 days per week to Handforth office (near Wilmslow, Cheshire). What's on Offer Opportunity for the role to be extended.
