Commercial Finance Director
Aramark UK is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Commercial Finance Director.
Our Commercial Finance Director will work directly with the UK Group CFO in a commercially minded leadership role as the business continues its growth journey. Acting as a fundamental extension to the CFO, working across the business with the CEO, MDs and other functional leaders to engage in activities ranging from business improvement programs to new growth opportunities (including M&A).
We are looking for a solution-focused, engaging and talented business leader to help us achieve even more. The candidate will have the upward potential to be a successor to the CFO or other UK Group Leadership roles.
The role will be home-based with travel across the UK. Ideally, the candidate will be based near one of our main offices (Leeds, London, Aberdeen and the Midlands as options).

Key responsibilities:
- Provide financial insight into key initiatives, supporting the Group Leadership team
- Proactively drive improvement business wide, identifying areas of opportunity
- Play the leading finance role in UK Group M&A activities
- Partner with Sales leaders on significant new business opportunities as required
- Interact with and provide confidence to US parent on key UK business initiatives
Key requirements:
- Fully qualified chartered accountant - ACCA, CIMA or ACA all welcome
- Minimum 5 years + PQE
- Experience within a fast paced, commercial organisation – ideally business services
- Experience of M&A transactions from start to end
- Experience of solving contractual issues and landing collaborative solutions
- At their best working with non-finance colleagues to drive performance
