Cielo Executive Search is seeking an exceptional Commercial Finance Director to lead and manage financial operations across our Client's Food vertical in the EMEA region. This pivotal role will focus on driving financial performance and optimizing profitability. As a strategic and results-driven professional, you will play a critical role in supporting decision-making processes, ensuring the alignment of financial strategies with the overall business objectives. Qualifications Requirements Proven experience in a commercial finance role, with a minimum of 10 years in a finance position within a multinational or regional organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience leading diverse teams across geographies. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Must be able to interact effectively with senior executives. Proficiency in financial software tools (e.g. One Stream, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills. Fluent in English (verbal and written skills are essential). Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CMA, CPA) preferred. Certifications MBA or relevant professional certification (CMA, CPA) preferred. Desired Attributes Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-financial stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
