Due to a number of recent acquisitions across Europe, they're now needing to strengthen their finance function with a Commercial Finance Manager.
Your new role In your role as Commercial Finance Manager, you'll business partner with multiple senior stakeholders in order to maximise performance by providing detailed and accurate guidance and recommendations. You'll work closely with the accounts team to understand the businesses' monthly performance and identify areas of opportunity to improve performance and maximise profit margins. You will manage a small team, hold regular meetings, and create robust action plans.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this highly progressive role and company, you will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified and have experience working within a large complex organisation. You'll be a passionate, ambitious individual that can influence others. Previous experience operating in a commercial role is essential. You'll be able to demonstrate clear examples where you've improved processes, maximised margins, and identified trends to enhance not only the finance function but overall business performance. You will be fluent in French.
