We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join our Finance team at GAMA and make a real impact on our UK and GAMA Europe operations. As a Commercial Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and challenging our commercial teams to drive sales, improve margins, and control costs. You’ll deliver insightful analysis, provide guidance for decision-making, and contribute to long-term planning and forecasting. This is a key role with exposure to stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Demand Planning. What will you do? Act as the key finance partner for UK and GAMA Europe commercial teams, providing analysis on promotions, rebates, and margins. Deliver actionable reporting on actuals, variances, and KPIs while managing and enhancing Power BI data insights. Help set and monitor sales targets and incentives for our commercial teams. Support strategic planning, including budgets, forecasts, sales targets, and business cases for new products and pricing. What will you need? Proven experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A roles, ideally in a fast-paced, global organisation. Strong expertise in business partnering, stakeholder management, and coaching. High proficiency in commercial decision-making, analytical thinking, and interpersonal relationship-building. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills with exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management. Effective influencing skills to support collaboration and drive results.
