How you'll spend your time:

Provide financial insight, challenge, and support management teams. Develop and manage key relationships. Translate financial information. Contribute to driving performance by promoting commercial thinking. Understanding of the business and overall performance/profitability. Budgets and periodic forecasts. Assume a lead role within the Commercial Finance team, working closely with colleagues to drive improvement. Identify opportunities to automate processes/reporting. Development of junior staff. Are a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or finalist, with some business partnering experience. Have excellent attention to detail. Have excellent communication skills and have experience in explaining financial information to non-finance teams. Have strong relationship management skills to enable working with multiple stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrate resilience and an ability to work under pressure. What benefits are there?
