Commercial Fit-Out Contracts Manager

to oversee multiple projects across the Midlands. You will manage and support three project managers and their respective sites, ensuring seamless delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate multiple commercial fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Lead and manage a team of three project managers, providing guidance and support for their individual site operations. Monitor project progress and performance, addressing challenges and implementing effective solutions. Coordinate packages including drylining, ceilings, partitioning, washrooms, flooring (including mezzanine flooring), and office acoustics. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure collaborative and efficient project delivery. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality control standards, and company policies. Conduct regular site visits, reviewing progress, and ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications. Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, risks, and areas for improvement. Manage budgets and financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the commercial fit-out or construction sector, preferably with multi-site management experience. In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out processes, including drylining, ceilings, partitioning, and related packages. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project managers and teams. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and construction industry standards. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
