Commercial Gas Engineer focuses on carry out the defined planned maintenance regime for all contractual obligations.

What the role involves

• Carry out the defined planned maintenance regime for all contractual obligations.
• Carry out repairs, reactive maintenance and minor installation works as instructed on plant.
• Repair faults having due regard to customer care in this specific environment.
• Report diligently, through the PC based Asset Management Application.
• Complete the relevant paperwork.
• Develop Operating and isolation procedures where required.

Skills and requirements

• Strong understanding of Gas and mechanical systems.
• Gas Safe registered with relevant commercial ACS qualifications (e.g. COCN1, CODNCO1, ICPN1, TPCP1A).
• Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Confirmed role details

• £45,000 - £48,000 per annum.
