Due to unprecedented growth, we are looking for 3 experienced gas engineers to work across a range of our clients carrying out planned, reactive maintenance and repair tasks on commercial plant and gas equipment. Duties:

You will be responsible for delivering services, repairs and maintenance throughout various commercial properties. Reactive maintenance throughout clients' portfolio of properties. Self-delivery of smaller installations. Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems. Have the ability to diagnose and identify faults and failures within the equipment. Order and fit parts or components to the equipment when required. Reactive and planned commercial maintenance. Providing high level of customer service and building strong relationships. What we are looking for:

Minimum 5 years of experience working as a commercial gas engineer.

You will need experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding in a variety of plant equipment such as gas appliances, gas boilers, heating plant, pumps and ventilation, and a sound knowledge of mechanical systems. The successful candidate will hold the relevant commercial gas qualifications as below as a minimum:

COCN1, CCN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CODNCO1 Full, clean driving Licence DBS and vetting checks Electrical or Air Conditioning qualifications - Desirable (17th/18th Edition, Fgas) As an ACS Commercial Gas Engineer you will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance on gas appliances, carrying out reactive & emergency tasks on gas appliances and commercial HVAC maintenance.

You will be able to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair general HVAC & plant faults and ensure all tasks are completed on time and all work-related reporting is completed accurately. Benefits:
