A Commercial Gas Engineer is required for our client, a successful M&E Contractor based in South West London. They provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to over 150 commercial properties across London and Home counties. These properties include a range of residential apartment blocks with communal HVAC plantrooms, commercial office space, mixed-development buildings, schools, colleges, and nursing homes. They are now looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to work across London and Home counties.
The Commercial Gas Engineer will need to have a level of experience in service repair and maintenance on commercial-sized boilers and heating appliances. The engineer will travel around various commercial sites, including schools, colleges, hospitals, and offices.
The Commercial Gas Engineer must have a valid in-date ACS commercial ticket such as COCN1 or CODNCO1.
The ideal candidate will have 4 years plus experience working on commercial boilers and plant rooms.
