£47k-£49k Basic Salary + Company Van + Overtime/Call Out + Pension + Benefits

Alecto Recruitment Ltd currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Gas / Heating Engineer to join a leading and well-established client of ours with over 20 years' experience within the Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services sector.
Working as a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer, your role will mainly cover the Hampshire region (Portsmouth, Southampton, Fareham etc.).
Job Summary: You'll be responsible for service, repair, and maintenance work on a range of commercial heating and boiler systems, including gas boilers, pumps, and HVAC systems.
Responsible for PPM tasks and fault-finding.
Typical clients and contracts include Schools, Colleges, and MOD Contracts.
Form part of a call-out rota which is 1 week in 4; however, it is very rare to be called out. (£150 standby when on call, plus overtime rates and paid door to door).
Key Skills & Experience Required: Similar experience in a Commercial Gas Service, Maintenance, and Breakdown role is essential. You will need to hold current commercial gas certificates such as COCN1 or CODNCO1 Changeover, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, TPCP1a, etc. Hold Domestic Gas certificates, CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, etc. OFTEC qualifications or experience is also desirable, however not essential. Hold a UK driving licence.
