We have new positions for Commercial Gas Engineers to join our contracts dynamic team to carry out reactive repairs, service and other works to heating systems in commercial buildings in Suffolk, Essex, and Norfolk. Duties and Responsibilities: Experience working in live buildings within a commercial environment Relevant experience in schools work, commercial work, and construction industry Knowledge of building regulations and industry standards Proven experience in carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks Ensure all requirements as specified by the manufacturer of systems and fixtures are met in line with the appropriate codes of practice and environmental protection requirements Initiative and flexible approach to work Successful candidate will be required to participate in the on-call rota for reactive breakdowns (currently 2-3 weeks a year) Have a positive attitude and keen to apply your trade and learn new skills A commitment to EPPH safety culture and participate in team meetings Qualifications: 3 years of strong industry experience Full manual UK driving license Electrical qualifications are desirable (17th/18th Edition) but not essential CSCS / Skill card is desirable Full set of hand tools is required; specialist tools will be supplied Opportunity to obtain further qualifications with EPPH Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Package: Door to door pay Holidays 22 days + bank holidays + long service leave benefit Company Pension Scheme Opportunities to progress your career Training and development to enhance your skills Collaborative and supportive team atmosphere Company Bonus Scheme (following successful passing of probation) Private Health Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and 24/7 online GP service available to you and your family As a growing Company, we’re excited by the possibilities ahead, are you up for the challenge?
