Required: Commercial Gas Engineer
Office Location: Gloucestershire or Herefordshire
Employment status: Permanent
Salary: up to 47k (+ Van)
Sector: Small/medium commercial projects (schools, council offices, health centres, libraries etc)
Holidays: 22 days (+ Bank Hols)
Work Hours: 40p/w (approx.)
Job Role:
The employer is looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team. This role will involve working on FM and small works installation projects, including:
Carrying out gas services, repairs, and new installations/upgrades. Accurate completion of Gas Safe certificates and other documentation, including reporting of defects. Ensuring all works are carried out in line with gas regulations and in compliance with relevant H&S legislation, policy, and safe working practices. Able to work alone or as part of a team and use own initiative. What you will need:
Clean and full driving licence. Current Commercial Gas Qualifications. Proven experience of working within H&S legislation. Experience of working in a customer-focused environment. Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. High level of IT literacy and a keen adopter of digital technology and flexible working methods.
