Requirements/Qualifications: Commercial gas qualifications: COCN1, CORT1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1, TPCP1A Experience in service and repair of commercial heating equipment Full driving license Duties: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on gas systems to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and compliance with regulations. Safety Compliance:
Conduct safety checks, inspections, and tests to verify that gas systems are operating safely and efficiently. Identify and rectify any safety hazards or compliance issues. Emergency Response:
Respond to emergency call-outs for gas-related issues, diagnosing problems quickly, and implementing effective solutions to restore service. Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including service reports, safety inspections, and equipment documentation. Field-based meeting clients – Customer-facing position. Package: Basic salary up to £43,000 40-hour working week Door to door travel Call out 1 in 7 – £100 standby Overtime paid at x1.5 Mon – Sat / x2 Sundays & bank holidays & after 8pm x1.5 Van – private use Holiday allowance: 25 days + 8 bank holidays Smartphone/tools provided Can opt into Perkbox after probation Pension
