The Role:
Responsibility for commercial combustion, heating and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded. Where needed help with other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and related tasks. To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction. Ensure that all gas/heating equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria. £150 standby with a minimum of 4 hours. 1.33x OT and 1.66x OT Opt in Personal Use @ 15p per mile
Requirements: COCN1 or CODNC1 CCN1, CENWAT1, CPA1 C & G Level 2/3 Mechanical or Electrical Full UK Driving Licence is required. Demonstrable experience of liaising with customers. Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
