Salary:

£57,000 - £60,000 My Client is a leading Mechanical/Energy engineering company, established for 15 years, currently employing over 70 staff. The Senior Commercial Heat Network Engineer will support the installation, maintenance, and effective operation of heat network equipment (Boilers, Chillers, Fan coil units, HIU’s, Valves), working across their client portfolio within London and the home counties. The Senior Commercial Heat Network Engineer will also assist in the development and growth of a team of Commercial Heat Network Engineers, collaborating with the Head of Maintenance to build, develop, and provide technical support. This role is a support function to our Maintenance team and Client Services; it is a vitally important aspect in maintaining Insite's great reputation for customer service, quality, and delivering ambitious growth plans. Qualifications:

Valid Commercial & Domestic Gas Qualifications - COCN1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A, CCN1, WAT1, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1 (Minimum six months remaining prior to renewal of certification). This is not essential but preferred. Experience and knowledge of heating control systems is preferred. Previous experience in a service and maintenance environment. Excellent verbal communication skills. Experience in writing reports and completing job cards to a high standard. Experience in building services engineering within district and community heating or large scale plant rooms/energy centres. Understanding of communal/district heating schemes. Package:

Salary:

£55,000 to £60,000 depending on experience and qualifications 25 days of holiday per year, plus English bank and public holidays, plus an additional day of Birthday leave.
