An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Gas/Mechanical Manager to join one of the UK's leading maintenance providers looking after a team of engineers throughout the Midlands area. Salary:
£53,181 plus company car, 33 days holiday, pension & excellent benefits - including private health care, life insurance Working Hours:
Monday to Friday The Commercial Gas Manager is crucial to the delivery of PPM, Reactive and testing workstreams whilst supporting with technical assistance to all maintenance teams across the estate. This role will require you to supervise, influence and build strong working relationships with the customer, internal teams and regional HVAC technicians. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to engineers Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across a number of sites. You will be the first line in all maintenance throughout your allocated sites. Ensure that all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date. Service and repair a range of mechanical equipment, e.g. boilers, fans, pumps, AHUs, FCUs etc. Maintain safe working practices in relation to 3 phase and single-phase electrics and applications. Carry out surveys and complete reports as required by management. Qualifications / Experience:
ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications: COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A as a minimum ACS Domestic Gas Qualifications: CCN, CENWAT, CPA as a minimum City and Guilds 7671 18th Edition The Ideal Candidate:
Will have worked in a similar mobile role traveling around the region from home. Be able to deal directly with customers and on-site management teams. Have the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. A hands-on, can-do and flexible approach to your work. Full Driving License as this is a mobile role.
