Job Specification:
Commercial Heating Engineer Salary:
£48,000 - £52,000 (Current Market Rate) Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00/5:00 PM, with overtime available. Some jobs may require out-of-hours work if needed. Benefits: Van Usage:
Ford Transit van provided for business and reasonable personal use. Holiday:
21 days plus bank holidays, with an additional day per year of service (up to 5 extra days). Additional Perks:
Generous overtime availability and flexibility to finish early when daily work is completed. Key Responsibilities: Working primarily with commercial clients, including offices, schools, stadiums, hotels, and large commercial properties. Responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of heating and hot water systems, particularly commercial wall-hung boilers. Comprehensive knowledge of all types of heating and hot water plant systems is essential. Occasional work in large domestic properties, such as care home flats and communities. Overtime & Bonus Structure: Overtime paid at time and a half. Bonuses available for select projects. Parking:
Parking is available at most sites. For locations in London, parking can be pre-arranged or reimbursed if required. Team Structure:
Reporting directly to the director within a small team of 4 engineers. Interview Process:
