duties and responsibilities include: Servicing, inspections, diagnosing problems/faults/leaks, testing, repair and maintenance of commercial heating systems. This includes boilers, water heaters, pumps and associated equipment Attendance to fault finding of gas appliances and systems Identify hazards, defects and the need for replacement, adjustment or repair Carry out planned tasks in accordance with contract/agreed requirements on services and associated systems Carry out tasks within agreed time limits Ensure compliance to agreed codes, legislation, and procedures including health and safety Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organisation and/or its clients/customers to Line manager Meet your targets and contribute to those of the team as a whole Contribute towards the smooth running of the team Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures Skills/Qualifications required by

(essential) Experience of controls and electrics

(desirable) Must have a full driving licence (maximum of 6 points) Must be pro-active and able to work under own initiative Must be prepared to take part in the company call out rota Reliable, dedicated and possess high attention to detail Location: Oldbury, West Midlands Hours: Mon to Thurs 8 am 4.30 pm, Fri 8 am 4 pm (39.5 hours per week) Salary: GBP30,000 p.a. to GBP43,000 p.a. dependent upon experience Benefits: Overtime payable at premium rates (time and a half / double time) Company vehicle which may be used for private use Additional payment for being on call, with attendances at premium overtime rates Monthly attendance bonus Enhanced Holiday entitlement after 3 years service If you have the skills and experience to fulfil the role of
