About the Team The UK Business Insight Team is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making processes and supporting the development of strategic initiatives. The team works as a trusted analytics partner, providing insights from past performance and enhancing future planning.

About the Role The Commercial Insight Manager will inform commercial decision-making by leveraging data-driven insights. This role will analyze internal data trends, evaluate business performance, and provide actionable recommendations to the Strategy Analytics Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.

Responsibilities Strategic Analysis & Planning: Support the Strategy Analytics Manager in shaping the company's business analytics strategy. Collaborate with the Business Insights Team to ensure actionable insights are integrated throughout the commercial process. Data Analytics & Insights: Design and implement advanced analytical models. Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and support planning and forecasting cycles. Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present reports to business leads outlining key findings and recommendations. Develop dashboards to communicate insights effectively.

Requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong data analytics capability; university degree preferred. Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is preferable. Ability to influence stakeholders while maintaining objectivity.
