An exciting opportunity to join a small, boutique insurance broker who are the UK market leaders in their niche area. As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to handle the placement and servicing of a designated portfolio of client accounts with an emphasis on outstanding service delivery.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working for a small business and collaborating closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals. The role can be moulded to appeal to applicants with a minimum of 2 year's commercial broking experience all the way through to someone with 30+ years of market knowledge.
Account Executive / Broker
Overview Prepare new business propositions, arrange renewals and organise mid-term adjustments. Analyse risk profiles and identify cover that is Fit for Purpose. Create client presentations and provide explanation of quotations. Prepare underwriter presentations. Lead negotiations with insurer markets and secure favourable terms. Provide guidance and advice to new and existing clients. Work with the accounting team to ensure premium collections. Ensure all internal systems are updated. What you need to show Solid experience within UK commercial business insurance. Established relationships with insurers. Client service driven work ethos. Resourceful / Diligent / Adaptable. What is on offer Permanent contract. Salary to £50,000. Flexible Working - 4 days in the Farringdon office and 1 day working from home.
