We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic SME/Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our busy Commercial team within our Insurance Broking business. The role will be office based out of our Manchester Headquarters. Due to continued success and growth of the business, we are looking for an experienced SME/Commercial Account Handler to be part of our team and help drive our business forward. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Handler who is looking to develop their career and wants to be part of a driven and motivated team. You will be responsible for offering first-class service and help maintain and build relationships with our new and existing customers. As an Account Handler, you will work with our customers during the full cycle of insurance, from New Business to Servicing and Renewal of the policy. We take pride in providing high standards of service to our customers and use our insurance expertise and markets to ensure that the customer feels that we understand their business and meet their insurance demands and needs. Required Skills

Minimum 2 years experience working within SME/Commercial Insurance. Genuine desire to want to improve team & individual performance. Great people skills, can build strong relationships with both internal and external customers. Excellent attention to detail. Can work independently but contribute to the team and work well within a collaborative and customer-focused environment. Strong PC skills, confident in using systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent organisation skills. Desirable Skills

Experience in writing and servicing multiple classes of SME/Commercial insurance using various insurer portals. Attention to detail and has previously presented/created risk presentations for internal/external customers. Firm understanding of FCA regulations imposed on Insurance Intermediaries. The desire to develop and is CII Certified or working towards. Benefits
