Obtaining accurate risk details in order to obtain suitable cover at the best price possible Ensuring cover is appropriate and suitable Working with insurers to secure the best possible premium quote Presenting quotes to new and existing clients and obtaining a sale Ensuring all paper and digital files are accurately maintained Adherence to FCA and company protocols Working as part of a new commercial team, you will be encouraged to take responsibility for your own performance as you will have targets to consistently achieve within your role, self-motivation is a must as you will encounter many challenges from customers and insurers. Requirements
Previous experience of working in a frontline Commercial insurance role; must include broking and placement of commercial risks Proven experience of using own initiative to meet customer demands and needs and resolve customer queries Able to demonstrate experience of winning new business, developing new relationships, and working with Insurers to negotiate great customer outcomes. You will need to be self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative. Able to demonstrate contribution to the achievement of the wider team targets and objectives, supporting the growth and profitability of the business We will need you to be a confident and articulate communicator both verbally and in writing and have well-developed influencing skills.
