Sacco Mann are currently working with a leading UK insurance law firm on an opportunity for a Commercial Insurance Lawyer to join their busy team in Bolton. This is an opportunity to join a top tier Property Damage team within a firm that can offer you excellent training and career prospects. As a Commercial Insurance Lawyer, you will be responsible for a caseload of complex motor indemnity property damage claims in addition to defended liability, coverage and recovery matters. There will also be opportunities to get involved with strategic litigation. Your responsibilities will include: Initial file review Preparation and delivery of reports to clients on an NDA basis Dealing with all aspects of the litigation process through to resolution/trial The ideal candidate should have previous Property Insurance experience; however, candidates with experience of handling high value litigation in a different discipline will also be considered.
