Basic starts from £24,000 plus uncapped bonus Telford Region Our client based in Telford is a fast-growing commercial insurance company specialising in Motor, fleet and Haulage products. They are looking to recruit for a Commercial Insurance Sales Advisor to join their growing team. The suitable candidate will preferably have previous Insurance and sales experience. Key Responsibilities:
Obtain relevant information and fact find/s to negotiate and secure new business. Calculating and delivering new business premiums to brokers. Cross-selling a portfolio of products relevant to the client's needs. Processing mid-term adjustments for existing live clients/policies. Initiate and build ongoing relationships with clients and insurers. Requirements:
Previous Insurance experience specifically Motor, Fleet, Haulage is advantageous. Previous Sales experience. Excellent written and verbal skills. Comfortable making sales calls. Database management. Pro-Active out of the box thinker who is creative in their approach to lead acquisition. Benefits:
25 days holidays (plus bank holidays) with 1 day increase per year to 28 days. Weekdays only. Hybrid/Remote working options may be an option (after probation).
