Commercial Land and Property Lawyer
( Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive preferred ) to be based in the Land Department at our
Poole
office. The role is predominantly an office-based role with some opportunity to work remotely (1 day per week). The position will involve working as one of the key lawyers within a dedicated Commercial Land and Property team. You must have the ability to manage a full caseload from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision and will ideally have experience of supervising more junior lawyers and support staff. The successful candidate will ideally possess particular knowledge of commercial and/or agricultural property work. There are excellent opportunities for career progression for the right candidate and applications are welcomed from those candidates seeking opportunities at Associate or Salaried Partner level.
