Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team full time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law and be capable of handling a variety of legal matters related to commercial and business property. Duties:
Provide legal advice on commercial transactions and agreements Draft, review, and negotiate contracts Conduct legal research on various commercial law issues Advise on regulatory compliance matters Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance Requirements:
Qualified solicitor or Legal Executive with a valid practising certificate Proven experience in commercial law Strong negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Progression:
We can offer career progression for the right candidate and we are looking for this to be a long-term appointment. Job Types:
