Our client, a major UK law firm, is looking for a solicitor to join its in-house legal team.
Role Overview
This is a permanent role to join the established in-house legal team at this top 50 national UK law firm. The responsibilities of this role are wide ranging and mirror what you would expect from an in-house counsel role. There is already an established team in place. Your duties would include but are not limited to:
Review, advise on and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
Considering any regulatory changes and impact from bodies such as SRA, FCA and others.
Working with partners and senior management in the firm to advise on and deliver growth to the firm.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a commercial lawyer with the following experience/characteristics:
Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ pqe working as an in-house counsel or in a corporate/commercial department within a recognised team in private practice. Able to work well remotely. Someone with a commercial outlook who can provide advice in a positive and constructive manner. What's on offer? On offer with this opportunity is:
