In this role, you will play a critical part in advising clients on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and legal strategies crucial to their business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, with a focus on providing practical legal solutions to meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities: Contract Drafting and Review:

Prepare and review a variety of commercial agreements, including sales contracts, partnership agreements, and service contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and protect client interests. Legal Advisory:

Provide expert legal advice across various sectors, helping clients understand their rights and obligations within commercial relationships. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that clients adhere to relevant laws and regulations, assisting with compliance initiatives and risk assessments. Dispute Resolution:

Assist clients in resolving disputes through negotiations, mediations, or litigation, seeking to find the most favourable outcomes. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and support throughout their legal matters. Market and Legal Research:

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in legislation that may impact clients, providing proactive strategies to address potential legal challenges. Minimum Requirements: A qualified lawyer with relevant experience in commercial law. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and practices in the commercial sector. Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills. A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional legal service.
