Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice across various sectors, helping clients understand their rights and obligations within commercial relationships. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that clients adhere to relevant laws and regulations, assisting with compliance initiatives and risk assessments. Dispute Resolution:
Assist clients in resolving disputes through negotiations, mediations, or litigation, seeking to find the most favourable outcomes. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive excellent service and support throughout their legal matters. Market and Legal Research:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in legislation that may impact clients, providing proactive strategies to address potential legal challenges. Minimum Requirements: A qualified lawyer with relevant experience in commercial law. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and practices in the commercial sector. Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
