Key Responsibilities:


  • Mentor sales team, driving performance and hitting targets.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to scale revenue and expand market share.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the NHS and other healthcare providers.


Looking for someone with:


  • Proven experience selling into the NHS and understanding the healthcare landscape.
  • Leadership experience managing a sales team of one or two in a similar size in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong track record in B2B sales, especially in HealthTech.
  • Consultancy experience desirable.
