- Mentor sales team, driving performance and hitting targets.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to scale revenue and expand market share.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the NHS and other healthcare providers.
Looking for someone with:
- Proven experience selling into the NHS and understanding the healthcare landscape.
- Leadership experience managing a sales team of one or two in a similar size in a high-growth environment.
- Strong track record in B2B sales, especially in HealthTech.
- Consultancy experience desirable.
