What the role involves
- Driving commercial performance of the established portfolio through pricing optimisation, channel strategy and customer segmentation — without a traditional sales force model.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Lead to ensure digital channel execution is aligned to commercial objectives.
- Leading the commercial and market access strategy for the 2027 private market launch.
- Maintain private insurer engagement materials including budget impact models, clinical dossiers and prior authorisation packs for BUPA, AXA, Vitality and others.
- Manage the relationship between field execution (National KAM) and the broader access and medical strategy.
- Supporting insurer negotiations and clinical advisory board engagement alongside Medical Affairs.
Skills and requirements
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
Confirmed role details
- Manage annual brand plans, operational plans and budget cycles for the portfolio.
- Extended support on family building journey.
