Commercial Leasing Manager

to oversee and execute the leasing strategy for an exciting mixed-use development in East London. The role will be based on site in East London and will play a key role in the growth of a vibrant, integrated community and to shape the future of a landmark development. Key Responsibilities: Drive the leasing strategy across a premier mixed-use development in East London, including commercial and residential properties. Lead the leasing of large commercial spaces, working alongside external professionals to achieve high occupancy and rental values. Develop and execute business strategies that align with market trends, economic factors, and the evolving needs of tenants. Be the key ambassador for the brand and development, promoting the site to key stakeholders and building long-term relationships with tenants. Collaborate with the wider team to deliver successful marketing campaigns, including property showings, events, and digital media. Define and execute pre-let strategies, working to secure tenants for upcoming developments. Desired Experience and Skills: Demonstrable experience in leasing large commercial buildings or mixed-use estates. Strong understanding of local and national market dynamics, and competitor activity. A track record of working with various professional advisors in the commercial real estate sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with lease structuring, deal negotiation, and creating attractive commercial packages. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, adaptable, and self-motivated. Strong organisational skills with a goal-driven, hands-on attitude. Confident in handling confidential information and managing sensitive negotiations.
