We are currently seeking a Commercial Lettings Manager to join our busy team in London! We are seeking an ambitious and talented candidate to join our portfolio management team.
Following the expansion of our commercial portfolio, we are looking to recruit an entrepreneurial commercial lettings and sales manager focused on delivering high quality tenants to our northern portfolio. Ideally, successful applicants should have experience in and will be responsible for the following.
Commercial Lettings Manager Duties:
Liaising with agents and brokers to secure tenants for the company’s assets
To provide marketing strategy to increase the exposure of the company’s sites
The negotiation of new leases and renewals
Experience in multiple asset classes including offices, industrial, retail and business centres
Have a good understanding and overview of current property market conditions
Proactively network to increase occupancy throughout the portfolio
Increasing occupancy through referral and existing client base
Liaising with solicitors through the letting process
Provide market analysis for the asset management team
Commercial Lettings Manager Requirements:
Track record of high performance within a letting environment
A professional with the ability to deal with people at all levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sound financial acumen
Ambitious and Entrepreneurial
A Willingness to work nationwide and go that extra mile
