Commercial Litigation Associate Are you a Commercial and Insolvency Litigation Solicitor seeking a first-class opportunity? With expansion firmly on the cards, this practice is looking to add to their established practice in St Albans, Hertfordshire. The Firm This firm has a rich heritage dating back over 60 years. You will join the Dispute Resolution team, dealing with high-quality work through a broad range of laws including: Breach of Contract, Consumer Protection, Neighbour Disputes, Contentious Probate, Professional Negligence, Landlord and Tenant, and Debt Collection. These are all core subjects that the firm applies in practical ways to give the client the best outcome. Requirements: You will be a Commercial and Insolvency Litigation Solicitor with 2+ years PQE. Support partners in business development activities. Work in teams on bigger, more complex cases. Take ownership for a stream of work on bigger cases. Salary is dependent on PQE, with an excellent career development and benefits package.
