They are looking for a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Lawyer who is ready for a fresh change with this exciting up-and-coming business and who can hit the ground running. You will have the ability to run your own caseload, dealing with a wide range of business disputes including, but not limited to: management and ownership disputes, debt recovery, contract disputes, Landlord & Tenant, breach of contracts, and IP. You will be expected to support clients and resolve legal disagreements and business-related conflicts through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation. Benefits:
