The Role The firm is seeking to hire a new Commercial Litigation Partner to join their City of London office. Working with Leadership You will lead the department working alongside the other dynamic Litigation partners. You will be at the forefront of driving the department's success, whilst also mentoring and developing more junior members of the team. You will work as part of a vibrant and diverse team. You will also work with the partners to further develop client and referrer relationships, as well as participate in business development to build new client relationships. You will be fully supported by the firm's excellent marketing function. Great Quality Work You will deal with a broad palette across several industry sectors. The size and breadth of the work will make for an interesting role. The caseload will include but not be limited to; Contract disputes, professional negligence claims, debt recovery, director and shareholder actions, Company disputes, insolvency, cross-border litigation, unlawful interference with business, business partnership disputes. Pathway to Progression This role comes with good prospects for the future in line with the firm's growth and vision. The sky really is the limit with the exciting plans that the firm has over the coming 24 months. Requirements You will have at least 7 years PQE + in Commercial Litigation (applications are welcome from even the most experienced of candidates).
